To be the leading provider of spine and pain management services in the area, recognized for our clinical excellence, cutting-edge treatments, and unwavering commitment to improving lives. We envision a community where pain is not a barrier to living vibrantly, and where patients feel truly seen, heard, and healed.
We offer a full range of services to diagnose and treat your pain, helping you find lasting relief and get back to living your life. Our approach is to create a personalized plan that combines the latest in medical treatments with a focus on your overall well-being.
We take a holistic approach to pain relief, combining medication, advanced procedures, and referrals to specialists like physical therapists or chiropractors. This comprehensive strategy ensures we address your pain from every angle for the most effective and lasting results.
Whether your joint pain is from an injury, arthritis, or degeneration, we can help. Our joint injections reduce inflammation and improve your range of motion, often delaying or helping you avoid surgery.
We specialize in treating common spinal conditions such as arthritis, sciatica, herniated discs, and spinal stenosis. Our treatments, which include injections, nerve ablations, and rehabilitation referrals, are designed to restore mobility and significantly reduce your discomfort.
These targeted injections deliver anti-inflammatory medication directly to the small joints in your spine, offering precise relief from pain caused by arthritis or mechanical stress.
If you're dealing with inflammation and nerve irritation from conditions like a herniated disc or spinal stenosis, these injections can help reduce inflammation and soothe irritated nerves.
For chronic neck and back pain, RFA uses heat to disrupt pain signals from the affected nerves. This procedure offers long-term relief without the need for major surgery.
For patients with chronic back, leg pain, or CRPS that hasn't responded to other treatments, spinal cord stimulators can be a game-changer. This advanced therapy blocks pain signals at their source. We offer both trials and permanent implants.
This therapy uses electrical pulses to target specific nerves outside the spine. It's an excellent option for localized nerve damage or persistent post-surgical pain.
If you have a spinal compression fracture, these minimally invasive procedures stabilize the fracture with bone cement. They provide immediate pain relief and prevent further collapse.
We carefully prescribe and manage medications to reduce pain while minimizing side effects and the risk of dependency. Your safety is our top priority, and we ensure all treatment plans follow the latest clinical best practices.
If your care requires additional expertise, we will connect you with trusted orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, rheumatologists, or other providers in our network to ensure you receive the most effective treatment possible.
